Thrive 5 Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

My new fave smoothie recipe that is creamy, filling and just sweet enough!

Here are the deets!

Use a Nutri bullet or high powered blender.

Add to blender cup

  • hefty handful of frozen baby spinach

  • 1/4 cup frozen chopped avocado (I buy this ready to go from Walmart)

  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

  • 2 scoops of your fave chocolate protein powder (I do a mixture of Owyn Dark Chocolate and Nuzest Probiotic Cacao)

  • 1 tablespoon Rx Vanilla Almond Butter (or your favorite nut butter)

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk- I like vanilla almond milk-you do you! (can add more or less for your desired thickness!)

Blend for 1-2 minutes
