As a busy mom of 3 with a full time job and my own business I get it...I can’t do it all and I can’t do it all every day! Micro changes are easy and practical for every lifestyle whether you are a stay at home mom cleaning up toys and feel like a line cook all day long or a busy professional running here, there and everywhere YOU can do this.
Today you can get started by filling up your water bottle and committing to drinking it all, or if you are already doing that, add an extra half a water bottle to your day.
