Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies

Gluten Free



1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

½ cup peanut butter

⅓ cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp baking powder

⅓ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

• Mix all of the above in food processor

• Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips

• Pour into 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper

• Add 2 tablespoons chocolate chips on top

• Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
